How to Change & Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password:
1. On Dunkare.com, select Sign in icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Forgot password.
3. Enter the email address on file with Dunkare account.
4. Select Continue. There will be a notification that “Password reset email has been sent to. Please check your inbox or spam folder for further instructions”.
5. You’ll receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Look for an email from Dunkare with the subject Reset your password.
6. Select Reset your password in the email.
7. Enter your new password. Confirm your password by entering it again.
8. Select Set password.
If you know your current password but want to change it:
1. Sign in Dunkare.com and select Your account in the top right corner.
2. Click Information.
3. Select Change password.
4. Fill out your current password, new password, and confirmation of your new password.
5. Click Save changes.
I haven’t received my password reset email
If you don’t see the password reset email:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder carefully in case the email has been mistakenly directed to these folders.
- If you’re using Gmail, remember to also look through your Social and Promotions tabs, as these are additional places where emails might end up.
I reset my password but still can’t sign in
If you’re still having trouble logging in after resetting your password, ensure that you:
- Use the most recent password reset email. Older reset emails may no longer be valid.
- Double-check the email address you’re using to sign in. Ensure it matches the email address associated with your account.
- Verify that the password reset email was sent to the correct email address.
