Due to the personalized nature of your printed order, we regret to inform you that refunds or exchanges for fit-related issues are not possible. If you encounter any wrong, damaged or defective products, we encourage you to promptly contact our team at [email protected] for dedicated assistance.

If errors originates from our end leading to send the wrong size, or defective item, we will issue full refund or exchange as your request – you do not need to return the order.

Please note that we can only accept returns for incorrect or damaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. If this timeframe passes, we regret that we are unable to support further.

  • A photo of the entire item
  • A photo of the size tag on the collar or the shipping label on the package Once we received required information, we will check and provide you with the best solution.
