I can’t find my order in my account

You can find orders you purchased with your Dunkare account on Order History page:

1. Sign in your Dunkare account.
2. Select Your account in the top right corner.
3. Select Order History. This will show you a list of all your past Dunkare orders.

If you still have trouble finding your order, please check your email to see if you have received email confirmation from Dunkare or not.

Moreover, double-check if you, by any chance, purchase the item from a different store instead of Dunkare.
