What Is An Estimated Delivery Date?

The estimated delivery date tells you when you can expect your Dunkare order. It’s calculated by adding two factors:

  • Processing time: This is the time it takes to get your order ready to ship (packing, labeling, etc.).
  • Transit time: This is the time it takes for the chosen shipping carrier to deliver the package to you.

Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date

How do I see estimated delivery date of my order?

For Existing Orders:

Option 1: From Order Histories

  1. Sign in to Dunkare.com.
  2. Select Your account in the top right corner.
  3. Select Order Histories

If available, the estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order. If the estimated delivery date isn’t showing for your order yet, there’s no need to worry.

In this case, Dunkare’s friendly customer service team can provide further assistance.

Option 2: From Track My Order Page

  1. Select Track My Order.
  2. Enter your Order ID and email address.
  3. View current status of your order and estimated delivery time on the status bar.

Note: The bolded time shows the actual update for your order, while the lighter time indicates the estimated timing for the next stage.

For New Orders (Before You Buy):

1. Visit Dunkare.com.

2. Locate the product you’d like to review and click on it to access its detailed information page.

3. Scroll down the product page until you find the Shipping section. This section will provide the estimated delivery timeframe for that specific item if you purchase it.
