How to Check the Shipping Status of Your Order:

  1. Track Your Order on Dunkare :Visit our website to track your order directly.
  2. Track Order from Order Confirmation Email : Use the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.
  3. View Order Status from Your Dunkare Account :Log in to your Dunkare account to view the status of your order.

Option 1: Track Your Order on Dunkare

  • To track your order, go to Track Order at the bottom of the Dunkare website or go directly to https://dunkare.com/tracking-order.
  • Enter the email address used for your order and your order ID. Make sure the email matches the one used at checkout, and verify the order ID for accuracy.
  • Click the Track Order button to view your order details, including:
    • Delivery Details: Recipient name, phone number, email address, and shipping address.
    • Order Details: Items purchased and associated costs, including product prices and shipping fees.
    • Order Status: The current progress of your order.
    • Order Tracking List: A list of tracking numbers for your package(s). If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately, and you can use this list to monitor the delivery status of each package.

Option 2: Track Order from Order Confirmation Email

  • After you complete your order, you should receive an order confirmation email. Remember to check the Promotions tab and spam folder in case the email ends up there.
  • Please find the Track Your Order link at the bottom of the email and click it to keep track of your delivery updates.

Option 3: View Order Status from your Dunkare Account

To check your order status through your Dunkare account, ensure that your account was created before placing your order.

  • Sign in to your account and go to the Order History section.
  • Locate the order you wish to track and click on the View Details button. Here, you can see delivery updates and, if available, the tracking number.
  • Click the tracking number to view the current status of your package.

Why Is My Parcel Stuck in Transit?

  • Pending Updates: Your order may still be in transit or awaiting updates in the carrier’s tracking system. Or there may be a delay in updating tracking information after the order is processed or scanned.
  • System Errors: Technical issues can sometimes cause inaccuracies in the tracking information.
  • International Shipments: Deliveries outside the US may experience delays due to customs clearance and complex shipping processes.

My Order says It was Delivered, but I Haven’t Received it. What should I do?

If your tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered but but it’s not in sight, here’s what you should do:

  • Wait a Few Days: Occasionally, carriers mark packages as “delivered” prematurely. Allow a few extra days for the delivery to be completed.
  • Expand Your Search: Carriers often leave packages in secure but less obvious locations. Check around your property and in any hidden spots where the package might have been placed.
  • Check with Neighbors: If you were not home at the time of delivery, the carrier might have left the package with a neighbor. Inquire with those nearby.
  • Verify Delivery Address: There is a possibility that the package was delivered to an incorrect address. Contact the shipping carrier to confirm the delivery details and seek a resolution.
