Why was my credit card declined during checkout?
There are several reasons why credit card payments might not be processed successfully during Dunkare checkout.
Check each of these issues and how to solve them:

- Check that you’re within your daily withdrawal limit

Credit card payments can also be processed through PayPal. If you’re using PayPal, contact PayPal directly for more information, or select a different payment method (if available).
Update the payment information for your order
If you have a Dunkare account, it’s a good idea to verify your saved payment information to ensure a smooth checkout process:
- Has your billing address recently changed? Update it in your account to avoid any delays during payment processing.
- Did you recently get a new credit or debit card with a different expiration date? Update your account with the new card details.
- If this is the first time using a particular card, double-check that you entered all the information correctly. This includes the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high-value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds or credit limit available.Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.
Check that you’re within your daily withdrawal or purchase limit
Be aware that most banks establish daily limits on how much money can be spent or withdrawn in a single day. If your purchase exceeds this limit, your bank might temporarily block your account from further transactions, even if you have sufficient funds available.
In such cases, you may need to contact your bank to request a higher purchase limit for the specific transaction you’d like to complete.
